Propagation is best done in its own environment i.e room or propagation tent to create an environment you can easily control. Then you would use a propagator to bring on your small plants from seedlings or cuttings, you can also propagate on a window seal using a propagator, this method is great as you will use the sun and window for your light source which is free electric everyone loves something for free and what better light source then then the sun however you don't have no control of the temperature and hours of light. Grow it yourself recommend making your environment with a grow tent or dedicated room as this will be a lot easier to control the environment in the room, and using a heated propagator to bring up your seedlings or cuttings.
