How the Trimpro Original Works:
The Trimpro Original makes light work of large quantities of plant material. With the help of a Trimpro, one person can work their way through huge amounts of material alone, without ever having to rely on friends, colleagues or hired assistance.
The Trimpro Original offers the same functionality of the Trimbox model, but with larger blades and flaps, a front-mounted power switch, teflon coated grate and a liftable lid for easy access to the working parts for cleaning and maintenance.
A set of rotating blades sits close to the underside of the liftable grate. Fitted to the two blades are a set of flaps, which can be angled in a similar way to a propeller, sucking air through the grill of the workstation. Untrimmed, fresh plant produce is then rolled over the grate in a circular movement, and any leaves that penetrate the grill are removed by the blade.
Excess leaves are sucked into the collecting bag, eliminating mess and keeping the surrounding area clean and tidy; the gathered leaves can then be disposed of or put to use for other purposes.

The Trimpro Original also features an excellent safety mechanism. As soon as the lid is lifted, a safety switch underneath the bottom left hand side of the grate triggers the blades to stop abruptly, helping to greatly reduce the chances of any accidents.
Using the Trimpro Original:
To fit the extension legs, remove the rubber fittings and insert the leg extensions over the top of the top of the main legs until they reach the stopping screw. At this point, tighten the four blocking bolts to secure the legs in place.
The Trimpro features a liftable grate for easy access to the blades and inner workings. It should be noted that the hub (which sits on the drive shaft) and the Trimpro blades / flaps should never be separated; always remove the hub and blades as a combined unit.
Fit the collecting bag to the bottom of the unit by closing the Velcro fastenings around the black ring which surrounds the grate from its underside.
Before turning the unit on at its power switch, located on the front of the main surface, always carefully read the safety information supplied with the unit. The manufacturer recommends that chainmail gloves should be worn at all times when operating the Trimpro Original. Never allow fingers or gloves to come into contact with either the blade or the protective grill. Check that the blade is sitting correctly make sure that there is a gap of at least 1/8 of an inch between the grate and the blade. The Trimpro Original can then be powered up by plugging the unit in and turning on at the mains supply.
The Trimpro is designed for use with freshly harvested material. Never attempt to use this product with dried plant matter! To get the best out of the Trimpro Original, leave harvested material on the branch. Use the length of the branch to hold plant materials just above the grate, using a twisting motion to ensure even trimming. The suction of the flaps will pull leaf matter in towards the blades, removing leaves in the process, while the grate preserves the integrity of the required plant parts. Never apply pressure to the grate, as doing so could potentially cause it to make contact with the spinning blade and could also damage plant materials that you would otherwise wish to preserve.
By altering the angle of the flaps, you can increase or decrease the level of air displacement under the grate, altering the amount of suction drawing the leaf matter toward the blades. Unfasten the rubber catches on the front of the Trimpro Original and lift up the face of the grill. The flaps can then be adjusted by hand by applying gentle pressure.
If you wish to sharpen your blades, loosen the screw located on the side of the aluminium hub that houses them. This hub sits on top of the drive shaft and should always be removed with the blades / flaps in one complete piece. Give the blades a thorough clean using isopropyl alcohol. Once any residue is removed, use a grindstone to sharpen. Do so by moving the blade along the grindstone at your desired angle in a left to right right to left motion. Then replace the hub and blades, retightening the screw on the side of the hub.
