At Grow It Yourself we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. Enclosed with your order is a Returns Note. Please complete this in full. Return the product to us in its original; unopened and unused condition within 14 days of delivery; ensuring the parcel is properly sealed with the completed Returns Note enclosed. You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed. You should receive returned funds within 30 days of us receiving your returned goods. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded. In the event that items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) by calling Customer Services on 01243 781614 (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm). Your statutory rights are not affected.
